A master winemaker will open the doors of their family-run bodega to reveal the traditional process of crafting Sherry wines. We’ll have the opportunity to discover the iconic oak casks, known as ‘botas,’ which, for decades, decades and even centuries, hold and safeguard the ageing of these exceptional wines.

We will also explore the different styles of Sherry through a guided tasting of 5 varieties, complemented by a unique sampling directly from the cask.
