DAY 1:
The Essence of Jerez: Sherry, heritage and hidden gems
Saturday 8th Nov
Jerez opens gently: sunlit streets shaded by orange trees and jacarandas, the quiet cool of old cellars and a sense of craft at every turn. The day settles into warm conversation and a signature dinner by Chef Javier Muñoz, known as the ‘chef of Sherry’ , where the wines do the talking.

DAY 2:
Discovering Manzanilla and Sanlucar's legacy
Sunday 9th Nov
Morning on the bright albariza, then down to Sanlúcar’s river light and Atlantic breeze — fresh, saline, unmistakably Manzanilla. The evening draws you into the roots of Andalusia through flamenco, wine in hand and senses wide awake.

13.30 – 15.30 Exclusive visit to a Manzanilla bodega
18.00 – 20.00 Gastronomic experience in Sanlúcar

DAY 3:
Round off your plan with the Monday Brandy!
Monday 10th Nov
Step into the world of Sherry-seasoned casks: heat, oak and time. See how they shape Brandy de Jerez (and whisper into great whiskies). A glass in hand, the day ends in easy company over tapas and laughter. A fitting finale to a weekend steeped in craft!
